Terms of Service
Plain words, short list. Using LoudIdle means agreeing to these.
1.Your content is yours
You keep all rights to what you post. By posting you give LoudIdle a license to display it on the platform — nothing more.
2.Post only what you may post
Upload only photos and videos you took or have permission to share. Our stolen-content detector files reports automatically; repeat theft ends accounts.
3.Keep it about the cars
Harassment, hate, threats, spam, scams, or sexual content have no place here and are removed. Repeat offenses end accounts.
4.Honest numbers
Claimed figures are labeled as claims until verified by a dyno sheet. Faking verification evidence ends accounts.
5.Marketplace is peer to peer
LoudIdle never touches money between buyers and sellers (including build funding). Verify vehicles and identities in person before paying anyone.
6.Moderation
You can report any post, comment, build, or user. Reports are reviewed by moderators; we act on violations within 24 hours of review and you can appeal by contacting us.
7.Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your login. We may suspend accounts that break these rules; you can delete your content at any time.
